There can be plenty of reasons for the perpetual loading, one of that is missing assets which is entirely my fault. I have a planned fix, just haven't had a time yet. Will try to do it this weekend if i can!
As for YEP dynamic title screen, I did not make a compatibility for it. So can be a reason too, will keep this in mind when updating the plugin.
Edit: Updated! Haven't take a look at YEP Dynamic Title Screen yet though. Next time!
Are you playing on playtest or deployed version?
Currently if it's on deployed version, you need to put every assets related to this plugin (overlay and sprite) back to the assets folder (will fix this soon I swear hehe).
If it's on playtest, could you press f12 and go to console tab, and then show me the error messages?

Currently the plugin do not have enable/disable option yet, but I do have a plan to add that. Maybe around holiday later on December-January hehe.
I was experimenting with shake intensity level (amplitude and frequency multipliers). But for some shake setups, the reduction in amplitude and frequency can drastically change the motion which could go against the developer intention.
Imagine the game trying to convey a motion for tornado spell, but the player reduced the intensity so it looks like a weird sway instead :(
So I decided against it for now.

Yeah, I've warned about this before on a comment below (I should've include it on the page haha).
You need to manually add back all assets that you were including via this plugin.
It's the workaround for now, sorry! I know the fix but do not have the time to edit yet. Hopefully can update around holiday.
Also, can you show me the error message when you press f12 and go to console tab?
