You’ll need the Tail Grab ability to capture enemies, but it isn’t available in the demo yet.
It unlocks after the second boss in the Marshes, and that’s when you’ll be able to store mobs for rituals.

The demo currently includes Zone 1 + the first boss, along with the opening area of the Marsh, so capturing isn’t possible yet, but it’s coming soon in the full version!

On saving: The game currently uses manual saves at save points. The issue you ran into happens if you start a new game but haven’t saved yet. in this case, the slot is created but not registered for loading. We’ll be improving this in a future update so that your character customization is saved and can be loaded even without progress.

On the Dark Elf archer: You should normally be able to jump over the arrows to close the distance. However, this hasn’t been thoroughly tested at lower FPS, so lag could definitely be affecting the timing. We’ll look into this and make adjustments in upcoming updates.

On the pause behavior: Could you clarify what you mean by the game “pausing in the background”? If you’re referring to the game pausing when the window is minimized, that’s the intended behavior. That said, we plan to add a settings toggle for “Pause when minimized” so players can choose how it behaves.

You're absolutely right, the save point in the swamp is currently the end of the available content in this version. The game is still in active development, and we’re currently working on several major features, including the map for easier navigation, sacrificial altar system in the Succubus Lair and the capture mechanics tied to it.

Once those are ready, we’ll be expanding the Swamp area further, along with introducing its boss fight and new enemies. Stay tuned there is a lot of exciting and lewd content on the way!

The camera shake toggle is being added to the interactive controls in the next update!

You're absolutely right—this is still an early build with bugs and unfinished features. The new v0.0.6 build (available now on Patreon, coming soon to Itch) includes a working save system for both progress and customization, plus a ton of new features.

Glide consumes MP, which you can restore using the whip (Left Mouse Button) or fully replenish at the altar in the top-left.

Some costumes are exclusive to Patreon supporters and will revert to the default if selected without access. These will be fully unlocked in the final Steam release.

Really glad you enjoyed the combat mechanics and H animations! The upcoming version also includes interactive lewd scene controls with both auto/manual control and full camera freedom.
