is there any way to get the lucky trait besides hoping for a tome of it to appear or endlessly playing the slots hoping for a jackpot?

and in a note unrelated to that, i'm going to guess not being able to put traits into the trait storage might be because i'm playing with a save from prior of 30.5

I've been doing the fox shrine thingy and i'm at a impasse, apparently there's 9 mythical fishes but the fishing compendium and the wiki say there's only 8, is it a secret fish or something?
