Does any one know how to get Venali to like the more? I keep putting my foot in my mouth apparently

Hello I'm new here and I just played through the game three times now. I've read a few comments about how there are serval different routes. Is there guide that could tell the branching? I've ended on the C route every time. I'll admit I probably not making the right decisions.

When chapter 2 for the other MLs come out will we have to buy the chapter again?
