Thanks again, I really appreciate both the kind words and the advice! I’ll definitely look into Nathan Nyquist’s books, they sound fascinating. I’m always excited to dive deeper into every aspect of music and production :)

Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to my track and leave such thoughtful feedback, it really means a lot to me. I truly appreciate the kind words and the advice as well, especially regarding the foley/SFX cohesion and the use of buses. Those are things I definitely want to improve on moving forward.
My background is mainly in classical piano, and I’ve only recently started exploring this side of music production and sound design. I’ve always been passionate about video game and film music though, so these jams have been a really fun way for me to explore that world.
Thanks again for the encouragement, and I’m looking forward to the next jam too! :)
Thanks for taking the time to listen and leave feedback, I really appreciate it. I’m glad the composition, mix, and overall theme worked for you.
That’s a fair point about the recognizable Omnisphere patches. I’m still pretty new to VSTs and sound design, so during the jam I focused more on composition and atmosphere. I’ll definitely keep your comment in mind for future tracks and try to make the sounds feel more unique next time :)
I love the choice of SNES-inspired sounds, it adds a great retro vibe. Watching the story unfold on screen while the music plays is very immersive, it makes you feel part of the quest. The different moods fit the story in unique ways, and it has a vibe reminiscent of classic Final Fantasy games, especially the older titles :)
I like the mood of all three tracks, they each feel quite different. I really like the vocals in The Forge. I enjoy the contrast between the tense background and the dreamy melody in The World. The Curse has a very hypnotic, ambient feel, which works really well, and I like the background a lot as well :)
This is a really original take on the theme, and I didn’t expect this style, but it works well. I like the drum rhythm, the airy feel, and the synths. The way the layers come in over time feels very natural. I also like the calm section in the middle, it has a very ethereal quality, and the bass at 3:02 sounds really cool :)
I really like how the music reflects the story in the description. It has a nice ambient quality to it, and the atmosphere feels very immersive, so it’s easy to just get carried along by it. I also like the different layers of instruments and how well they work together, everything feels very cohesive :)
I really like the sci-fi feel of this track and the tense atmosphere it creates. It pulls you in straight away and has a very cinematic quality to it. I saw your comment about expanding it with more instruments soon, and I’m genuinely curious to hear where you take it, because the foundation already sounds really promising. Really cool piece overall :)
This is really cool, I wasn’t expecting a poem in a track, which makes it feel quite unique. I also saw in the comments that it’s your own voice, and I really like it. It has a nice deep quality and I love the layered vocals, with the different lines and harmonies working really well together. I really like the melody, and the epic warrior-like tone in the background fits everything really well. It all comes together really nicely :)
I really like the overall mood of the track, it feels very thoughtfully written and develops naturally. The chord changes are really nice and work really well in the track. The mood change around 2:13 into something darker is also great. This is one of my favourite tracks from the jam, really beautiful with a melancholic and mysterious feel :)
This is a really interesting EP, you can clearly feel a story behind it. 'Stella Tome of Legend' is my favourite, great melody, atmosphere, and magical feel. 'Stella Tome of Heart' is beautiful and soft. 'Stella Tome of Enigma' and 'Stella Tome of Consciousness' both have a more mysterious feel, which I really liked as well. Overall, a very cohesive and enjoyable project :)
I wasn’t even aware music could be created like this through coding, it’s really interesting. I’m more used to working with chords and notation, so this feels very different, and it makes me curious to try this just for fun. There are some really fascinating and hypnotic elements in the track, and I find the overall sound beautiful and calming :)
I really like the rhythm of the melody and the overall vibe of the track. The warrior-like energy is really cool. I wasn’t expecting the change around 1:58, but it works really well and gives the piece a much more mysterious feel. There are a lot of interesting ideas throughout, and the track develops very naturally :)
