Thank you for listening to my submission and for leaving such a kind comment, I really appreciate it. I’m glad the atmosphere and variations worked for you.

Your feedback was very encouraging to read, so thank you again. I’m glad you enjoyed the piece! :)

Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to my track and leave such thoughtful feedback, it really means a lot to me. I truly appreciate the kind words and the advice as well, especially regarding the foley/SFX cohesion and the use of buses. Those are things I definitely want to improve on moving forward.

My background is mainly in classical piano, and I’ve only recently started exploring this side of music production and sound design. I’ve always been passionate about video game and film music though, so these jams have been a really fun way for me to explore that world.

Thanks again for the encouragement, and I’m looking forward to the next jam too! :)

Thanks for taking the time to listen and leave feedback, I really appreciate it. I’m glad the composition, mix, and overall theme worked for you.
That’s a fair point about the recognizable Omnisphere patches. I’m still pretty new to VSTs and sound design, so during the jam I focused more on composition and atmosphere. I’ll definitely keep your comment in mind for future tracks and try to make the sounds feel more unique next time :)

I love the choice of SNES-inspired sounds, it adds a great retro vibe. Watching the story unfold on screen while the music plays is very immersive, it makes you feel part of the quest. The different moods fit the story in unique ways, and it has a vibe reminiscent of classic Final Fantasy games, especially the older titles :)

Thank you for your kind words. I really appreciate you taking the time to listen and leave a comment :)

I love that the lyrics are in Icelandic, and their meaning is beautiful. The track blends different styles in an interesting way, with a tense, slightly unsettling mood. The vocals are impressive and contribute to a fully immersive experience :)

I like the mood of all three tracks, they each feel quite different. I really like the vocals in The Forge. I enjoy the contrast between the tense background and the dreamy melody in The World. The Curse has a very hypnotic, ambient feel, which works really well, and I like the background a lot as well :)

I really like the mysterious and melancholic mood of the track. It has an enchanting feel to it and gives me a slight Danny Elfman vibe, which I enjoy. It’s a beautiful piece overall :)

I like the groove and jazzy feel of the track. It’s very upbeat and catchy, and I didn’t expect this style for the jam, but it’s really enjoyable to listen to. The melody is fun and sticks in your head easily. The track is well structured and everything fits together well :)

I like the ambient feel at the beginning and the shift at 0:51 into a more heroic sound. The second part has a very cinematic feel, with a kind of Morricone-like vibe for some reason, which I really enjoy. It all works well together :)

I really like the orchestral feel of the track and how the different elements build up over time. It has a mysterious mood overall, and feels very beautiful as a whole. I especially like the melody and the emotional build-up from 1:57 to the end :)

Both tracks are really nice. The melody in Forging the Astral Lance is very pleasant, and Wielding the Astral Lance is cool as well, with a more urgent feel that I really like. There are some interesting ideas in both versions, and the different layers work well together :)

This is a really original take on the theme, and I didn’t expect this style, but it works well. I like the drum rhythm, the airy feel, and the synths. The way the layers come in over time feels very natural. I also like the calm section in the middle, it has a very ethereal quality, and the bass at 3:02 sounds really cool :)

I really like how the music reflects the story in the description. It has a nice ambient quality to it, and the atmosphere feels very immersive, so it’s easy to just get carried along by it. I also like the different layers of instruments and how well they work together, everything feels very cohesive :)

I really like the dark yet heroic feel of the melody. There’s a nice balance between light and darkness throughout the track, which fits the legend behind Dyrnwyn really well. I also like the intensity of the piece and how well it’s structured. It creates a strong, epic feel overall :)

I really like the sci-fi feel of this track and the tense atmosphere it creates. It pulls you in straight away and has a very cinematic quality to it. I saw your comment about expanding it with more instruments soon, and I’m genuinely curious to hear where you take it, because the foundation already sounds really promising. Really cool piece overall :)

This is a really interesting EP, you can clearly feel a story behind it. 'Stella Tome of Legend' is my favourite, great melody, atmosphere, and magical feel. 'Stella Tome of Heart' is beautiful and soft. 'Stella Tome of Enigma' and 'Stella Tome of Consciousness' both have a more mysterious feel, which I really liked as well. Overall, a very cohesive and enjoyable project :)

I wasn’t expecting this style for the jam at all, but it works well. I like the overall vibe, the floating textures in the background, and the vocals. It makes for an enjoyable listen :)

I wasn’t even aware music could be created like this through coding, it’s really interesting. I’m more used to working with chords and notation, so this feels very different, and it makes me curious to try this just for fun. There are some really fascinating and hypnotic elements in the track, and I find the overall sound beautiful and calming :)
