The idea of varying the timing of the shoot would really make a big difference in difficulty, it is a great idea!  In terms of multiple rounds for each shooter, we think it would take away the element of surprise. If we were to make more rounds, they would all have their own characteristics, the game itself is quite simple, so we wanted to do something different. We completely agree with you we wanted to create an atmosphere with slow dialogue, but we forgot that not all players like that. How could we have forgotten a button to skip dialogue. Thank you for the review!
