Development is on a hiatus as the story and overall project are being overhauled into several different, larger projects.

Thank you for showing interest!

For reference, I was on Firefox, both embedded and fullscreen had the cropped screen issue.

I used 3 packs in total, 5 if you count audio packs

Sprites:

  • Kenney's Tiny Dungeon -  majority of maps and character sprites
  • Kenney's Tiny Town - recoloured the lake assets to match the sand ground sprites from Tiny Dungeon
  • Kenney's Pixel Platformer - literally just a coin tile for UI lmao

Audio:

  • Kenney's Foley Pack
  • Kenney's Retro Back

I didn't have time to implement proper UI menus unfortunately, so I admit the game lacks a lot of QoL features at the moment. A future build would definitely prioritise this.

Thanks for the feedback!

Great soundtrack, intuitive controls, simple and effective concept, engaging VFX and animations, great replayability.

Very nicely done!

The screen is unfortunately cut-off in some parts, and I wasn't able to complete level 2 because the track was out of bounds.

Would love to try a fixed and completed version of the game!

Slightly challenging, but the controls feel fluid. It could use better air control for tight platforming precision, but otherwise feels nice to play.

Right-clicking to activate the slowmo power sometimes causes the browser to register a right-click (even in fullscreen mode) so thats mildly irritating lol.

Well executed concept, great game!

I really felt POWER spamming my left click button :D

This game would benefit from having a keyboard-based input, but an overall simple concept executed well!

An improvement would be an indicator of how muscle/strength improves over time, because there's no visual indicator of it happening except for consequent lifts being easier.

seems like the game rendered incorrectly as the web version only shows a corner and takes no inputs

AI was used for debugging and commenting code blocks for personal ease of understanding .

Maybe a level editor in a future build?

At which level did portals not activate?

I was working on a level reset system, but I there were some bugs and didn't have the time to patch them before the deadline sadly...

Thank you for the feedback!

Very simple idle game, but I love the flavour and design of it!

Great retro feel and straightforward fun!

Very interesting game! No checkpoints is a bit harsh since it's quite easy to softlock yourself by having no more boxes of an appropriate size. Storing multiple boxes is also a bit of a hassle as there's no way to cycle between different stored/sized objects.

But I love the mechanics and atmosphere of the game. Would love to see more levels or an expansion of this mechanic.

Interesting mechanics. combining an idle game concept with strategic elements. Took some time for me to find an optimal combo to rack up points, with there being so many different portals to match with.

Fits the jam theme really well, simple but intuitive graphics. I enjoyed this!

Great visuals and soundtrack, the starting menu is creative if a bit unintuitive as there was no indicator elements are interactable.

Barely any gameplay here, text flies too fast at times, but overall a decent chill-vibe experience.
