for reality TV island 2 of the mini games don't work (gets stuck) and when you save and quit when you get back it ends the day making you lose

also, their faces get stuck (mad or sad) during the voting process and sometimes placeholder characters will show up randomly.

1. on counterfeit island at the 30:00 min mark when talking to the cop about getting hired he talks to you before picking an option 

2. on counterfeit island when talking to the curator (after winning against black widow) and showing them, the screen shot it teleports the play to the police station and also the player is stuck around 1:13:40 

don't know if this is a bug or not but in Astro-Knights it is possible to go left which leads nowhere (around 25 min mark)

On Big Nate island I collected one of the pages on the pole by the camera studio and it looked like i collected by I didn't (sometime later in the video when i went back on the pole the same page was there).

when going into 1 loading zone to another if you move while it's loading you can get stuck (example on Nabooti Island around the 23 mins mark)

for spy island I had a couple of bugs like 

1. the cloaking suit wasn't showing its effects (it does work but usually you see an effect like it changes colors when you are beside something) 

2. when you go in the restaurant and then complete the memory game 2a it's possible to get stuck if you fall at the edge of the table and 2b if you save and quit with the glass cup in head you can skip the part of having to go into the vent

 3 :after the end of the boss fight its possible to get stuck with the loading circle (I think i tried moving as so as he hit the roof for his final hit)

when playing time travel island when i first went into the big clock room it was stuck loading (if you save and quit it does get fixed just make sure you have saved your account)

Another small  minor bug is that sometimes when leaving an area, the player spawns slightly higher or close to the original loading area.
