A fun game, though a quick tutorial would've prevented me from losing two ships' worth of crew to trial-and-error. Like a flash version of Sunless Sea for captive-trading pirates on a supernatural mission, this snack of a concept has left me wanting more from it. Love the artwork and cheeky flavor text, and the fast pace keeps it from feeling like a slog when RNGesus is planting rats in your hold.

Should've said this when I first played, but the humorous method of in-game tutorializing is one of my favorites in all video games. Love the lighthearted feel, the puzzles were sufficiently challenging, and with just a few emotes our snoop manages to exhibit an endearing personality. Sad it's been cancelled, but glad it's still around.

It's a damn shame this project seems derelict; a really interesting concept with fantastic artwork and a charming premise. I do sincerely hope it gets revived in the future.

I'm a sucker for lighthearted camp, and this game has it in spades. Maybe it just tapped into my particular sense of humor, but the boss' over-the-top 20s dialog actually had me laughing out loud. The gameplay is rather simple but challenging (I found blocking a nanosecond after I think I should worked best), the art is decent (though I'd have loved to see more of the characters), and I love the music.

Consider me blown away by this surprisingly elaborate game with a solid gameplay loop: prowl sectors, board ships, capture damsels, figure out how to brainwash them, recruit them to your cause, get upgrades to get more damsels. That alone is so well done that I'd love to see a full game based on this as an alpha build. Plus the humorous dialog with named characters is delightful.
