If he has no way to pay an artist (because most arguments regarding A.I on this front are all about money), then he will use what he has at his reach considering his conditions.
Better if he does than if he didn't and needed the 'blessing' of an artist to help him.
He can't pay an artist, so he will use A.I, deal with it, annoyed? Get an artist to help him for free then, otherwise? Go live your life in peace.
