Are you able to delete all the app and files and then re-download it and try to open the app again? That should clear up the issue, but we're looking into what could be causing this!
So sorry that you're having trouble! It seems that you have to grant access to play. If you go to your settings and under the security tab it'll you can give permission to play the app and that should clear that issue up!
Is it possible that your computer didn't give permission to open the app as well? Sorry that this is still happening, trying to trouble shoot what might be causing this! Thank you for your continual patience with us!
We apologize that you're experiencing issues! We haven't seen any reported bugs when we tried to replicate the issue for MacOS on steam. Can we know where you're running into the issue? Will the app not pull up at all?
