Click "More Info" -> "Run anyway". Unfortunately this is the case most downloadable games on the itch platform. Windows won't trust the applications on their first time running.
This was our first game jam ever, tons of fun and many lessons learned! Unfortunately we made the cardinal sin of code changes in the final hour.
