An unexpected error has occurred.
You might see this message if the game has been updated since you last played.
To fix:
- If possible, head to the Menu (bottom right in footer) and press Reset.
- You might need to Refresh the page first. You can also try pressing Hard Reset or Go back on the error page. These sometimes fail too, but some combination will usually allow you to get back to the Menu to press Reset.
- If you're not able to do this, you can delete cookies and clear the cache in your internet browser. It's usually under an option like Clear browsing data or similar.
