Glad you like it! The softbody engine is something I’ve been working on this summer actually. I am using it to make a multiplayer game. For this jam I dropped the multiplayer part and added a bunch of new gameplay stuff

Thank you! I totally get that it doesn’t feel much like a countdown game, but after I had the idea I just couldn’t stop hehe

That makes me so happy

Thanks! I kind of put the level design into the players hands, so there are infinite possibilities :)

Thanks! Yeah there is a limit on how far out you can drag the points. But by using the timeline and multiple edits you can do it. I believe in you. Watch the gameplay video if you want some inspiration

Very impressive

Glad you enjoyed it. Did you complete all the levels?

Thank you for playing it!

This is a very cool puzzle game! My game also features time travel/manipulation, but what you did with being able to modify what happens in reverse is insane

Thank you!

Very cool looking (and sounding!). I really enjoyed the music combined with the intense movement and the timer. It made me feel like a speedrunner

All my children got ran over by a truck ;(

You can take it slow by slowly dragging through the timeline, maybe that will help :)

Nice use of the theme! Reminds me of another game. In that one you also have to keep track of the count of stuff.

Thank you for playing! Don’t forget to use the timeline and redoing modifications so you don’t have to restart every time :)

Glad you enjoyed it even without any audio :)

Thank you for the encouraging words :)

This is awesome! You can really get some satisfying combos by splitting in order to combine to hit both targets at once

I would also have an anxiety attack if I was attacked by 100 umbrellas like that! The game feels polished and has a unique relatable theme. Very nice

Thanks! A replay button would be great! But you can actually drag the cursor back through the timeline to the beginning and replay manually

Alright I’m getting back to it!!! (edit: #6 with 3047!)

This is the most heartbreaking jam game I’ve ever played. I sent away so many to their doom! 😫 But games should make you feel things, and this did, so good job!

Simple idea, great execution! Very motivating having a leaderboard to climb (I got #15 with 2755)

Thanks! Yep, will add that for a post jam version!

Holy shit, such an eerie atmosphere. Very good looking game, felt smooth and extensive for a jam entry. I got the fuel but was softlocked by the dinosaur standing on the starting point so couldn’t progress further.

Looks cool! Was a bit too hard for me though. A checkpoint before the bombs would be nice :)

I really enjoyed looking through the journal at all the items. The hairy slugs were so cute, but they had to die for the greater good I know

Thanks!

Very nice game! I really like the art and all the different characters.

Nice looking game! I solved the first level but could not find out how to increase the size of the board

Cool time stealing mechanic!

Great! Thanks for playing. I’m making a multiplayer game with the same soft-body engine btw :)

Well executed idea. Nice art and audio! Sequel with fish POV when??? 😆

Thanks! Yeah I will have to add some audio after the jam

Has potential! There is kind of a rouge like element to having to start over but knowing about the layout of the level, which could be leaned into even more if you make more levels. I like that the countdown is not time, but steps. It makes the game a chill puzzle game and not stressful.

Btw you can reset a level by pressing K. There is no button for it though 😅

I like this one! Easy to understand (after a minute), very cool use of countdowns, satisfying, nice music.

Very intense card battle! Cool incorporation of the theme. I like that I can play it on my phone

Very nice polished little game! Audio is excellent and playable on my phone

Glad you enjoyed the blob-flinging! About the point: Maybe it was at its maximum dragged out limit? Or there could be a bug. I will look into it!
