3/4) While it works fine on your end, it is on the coder and developer to take steps in fixing bugs that exists for the users. We have different computers and environment and it is on the coder to take this into mind when coding the game and when debugging. Just because it works fine on your computer doesn't mean that it will always work fine on other people's computers. One of the most important thing in game development is user experience which is one of the purpose of settings and allowing for the game play to be customizable.
