Nice work! Great sprites!

Thanks! Yep, it's Bach, I made an 8-bit arrangement of his music for the jam. Totally legal to use, since Bach's compositions are public domain (he's been dead long enough that copyright doesn't apply anymore)

Good job! Love how you captured the retro style!

Haha, maybe I took the retro theme too literally! :)

Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks a ton! I'm honored! :)

Yes that was the good ending! Alternatively if you choose not to answer you could try endless mode!

Never tell! haha :)

Thanks a lot!

Thank you very much! It was a challenge, but comments like this make it all worth it!

Really interesting! Great vibe!

Great game love the visuals and how you conveyed the theme!

Wait a minute... I know that character! Great game!

Love how you captured the retro feeling! :)

Nice job!

Thank you so much!

Thanks! Did you try choosing the endless gamemode? (by choosing not to answer the radio call) that will surely prove to be a challenge! :)

Nice job! Really immersive!

Managed to beat first try, but almost failed with the last enemy! Really fun and challenging game!

Good work! I really liked the fairy light mechanic :)

Thanks! It means a lot to hear that!

Nice Job!

Love it! Clever use of the theme!

Impressive!

Thanks! Haha, you're probably right, might need to move the music into a slightly more recent century! ;)

Thank you so much! Honestly, we all need a duck costume in our lives :)

Thank you so much! It means a lot to hear that you enjoyed the game! I should definitely think about something for the music ;)

Thanks a lot for playing and for the constructive critique! It's genuinely a great idea to add different enemies and i will definitely work on that after the jam! (I was also thinking of flying enemies maybe coming from the forest?)

Thank you so much! That comparison is huge praise!

Thank you so much! Put a ton of heart into making it, and I'm super glad you liked how I adapted the wildcards!
