Because it clearly is (look at the wild inconsistencies in the style and lots of “details” that are random and dont make sense”) and if you’re unsure how to tell then search “how to tell if something is ai art” or “common ai art signs” and then look at a human-made guide. Mostly “spamming” so people don’t waste their money

Making it in the first place is already bad(iffy copyright with the AI usually being trained off art without artist’s consent & unreasonable energy use for genAI), but charging money for something made off other people’s art being fed & rehashed together through AI is a new level of shameless.
It looks clearly AI generated (cheap & soulless, with no thought behind the random details). If you want to make backgrounds & profit off it but are scared/too lazy to how to draw at least learn photobashing or photography instead
