How cozy! The art is really cute, the mechanics are simple, and it's frankly pretty impressive you managed to make this in a couple of days! The money cheat was also a smart touch (that second flowerpot was just too appealing). If I could suggest an improvement, refilling the can multiple times is a bit tricky, you have to go back and forth between the well and somewhere else! Hope this game gets rated well! (hehe...)

Thank you for the kind words! The feedback is also appreciated, I can't believe we didn't think of the checkmark thing...The musician and artist also really appreciate the compliments!

This was fantastic! First off, I was amazed when I got the bad ending and realized that this puzzle-platformer also had resource management! The fact that you do not get pollen back after a reset stops players from brute forcing the puzzles and encourages replays so they can find optimal ways to complete the puzzles! the art and animations are also great, and the movement is fun too! I could seriously see this being expanded to make gameplay smoother and more refined and have a couple more levels. Truly awesome!

Ey, this one was really good! Music's nice, art is great, movement is fun and I really liked getting to figure out how to help animals and it was satisfying seeing the grip get restored. Quite the fun time!

This game is actually pretty impressive! Had a good time just running around, with no idea what I'm doing. If you guys are gonna add update the game with enemies, I'd recommend making the sword easier to see in some way! (Completely missed it on my first playthrough lol) Thought it was really cool, and I'm glad you added graphics options! I dunno if our PC would've handled running it otherwise... Bravo!

I liked the idea for this game! It also did not take me very long to figure out the tree's needs change after some time. Also, the game looks nice, even with the real life pngs. Great work!

Thank you! We really appreciate it. With the time crunch, and having other things to deal with at the time, we definitely wanted to, but ultimately couldn’t think of a creative but feasible-enough idea in time. That being said, we certainly hope to incorporate the bonus theme next time! All the best for your submission!

Thank you so much for the kind words! Our artist definitely appreciates the compliment! Well defined keep in mind your suggestion for future games. Thanks so much for the feedback, and all the best for your submission!

Thank you so much for your feedback! We’ll definitely take note of your critiques and try to improve next time. All the best for your submission!

Thank you for your comment! We’re super glad that you enjoyed it. All the best for your submission!

Thank you so much! It means the world to us to be getting such a positive response. We’ll definitely try to work out the kinks and resolve some of the bugs, and we’d love to check out your game too! All the best for your submission!

Hey guys, sorry for the loooooooooong wait. Finally, at long last, Blade Boy Issue 6! Firstly, I'd like to apologize for the over 20-day delay. This issue was quite slow-moving during its production, owing this to me overwriting during the scripting process, causing me to accidentally complete next issue's script having written it as the back-half of this one's, and the art being a lot more complicated this time round. Not only that, but I also had to deal with a bunch more responsibilities in my personal life that needed to take priority. I can only hope that the long wait time hasn't made the end product too disappointing, and I am currently doing everything I can to make sure Issue 7 comes out on time.

Also, apologies for the lack of character bios at the end of this one. I really wanted to get this out as soon as possible and start work on Issue 7, and the unique character art in bios would have taken too much time. Honestly though, we might start phasing out the bios entirely, as there are not many new major characters that haven't been introduced. They will be back next issue though.

Anyways, I hope you'll all enjoy this issue. Happy reading!

Hey guys, major fumble on my part. For almost three months now, I've completely failed to realise that I forgot to include Page 09 of Issue 04 when I uploaded the issue in October. While the comic had previously still retained its momentum, and the story could still be experienced and interpreted normally, it was missing a huge piece of context provided within this page, so major apologies for that. It was my mistake. Anyways, the production for Issue 05 has gone very smoothly, and we're still on track to release it in January. So stay tuned, and I'm sorry for any confusion this mistake caused. Thanks so much!

Thanks for checkin my game out, bud! Challenged ourselves to release it in a short time span, so we might still need to iron some stuff out. We'll get to it eventually... :)

I know this is a bit late, but thanks so much, man! My skills are steadily improving each issue, so I’m super excited to really expand upon this story. Stay tuned for Issue 5!

Thanks for all your support, dude! Stay tuned for next issue!

Hey guys, sorry for the wait. This issue turned out a lot longer than I initially anticipated, being 28 pages long in comparison to the last three issues, which have strangely all had 23 pages each. Huh. Anyways, working under my normal schedule, I was barely able to get out the last issues in time (Issue 3 was actually released a day late) so forgive me for this issue's delayed launch.

Anyways, I hope you guys enjoy this issue, I had a lot of fun experimenting with the script and the art. And don't worry, next issue will be much simpler, so hopefully it'll come out in time. See you around, everyone!
