whatever i do, it never opens in my pc. every click of the exe file.

I just keep redownloading it (I am downloading the first option, I am on PC)
But still wouldn't show up in my screen!

I can't open it, does it not work in PC? (I downloaded the first one)

I am on phone, A NEW PHONE and the only thing i have is chrome and other apps from the phone but the mod won't let me in! My storage has ALOT OF SPACE for the mod to be in but it won't let me use it

Or it may be my WinRAR that just has problems because when I install three mods the Gacha CLub edition starts disappearing then I have to press the exe thing again. 

Winrar made me reinstall the game, all my data disappeared.
