So to amuse myself during Cali's quest I captured Tia. For my own amusement, I have turned her life into a nightmare. I however want to give her a specialty, but I want to keep her mental stats as low as possible. If I increase several of her mental stats to give her a specialty, would it be possible to lower them again?
