Very creative approach to the Loop theme but even know I dont think I fully understood the mechanics of the game.

I really enjoyed the game, i love how simple it is to understand but at the same time you need to really think through each level. The only think i was going to criticize is the fact that there were the exact amount of functions that you need on each machine but then found out it was only on the tutorial part and then you needed to do it by yourself which i think its a very well done tutorial. The only thing i was kind of annoyed by is that when trying to exit some popups i pressed the Escape key multiple times and it got me out of the level and made me start again from the begining instead of continuing from the level i last played. Overall a very well done game, which i could buy for a low price if it was more polished and it added some quality of life fixes like being able to adjust the velocity of tick execution in case you want to see better the execution order and things like that.
I felt like i had not much of an option to fo anything, walk aimlessly through the dungeon with no objective and "fighting" the random enemies that appeared but the actual fight was just "press a button". Its a good idea of a game but its not very polished, even for a game jam. There were no wall collisions and when you press a move button when already moving it just waste 1 move points instead of not wasting it or queueing the next movement. Also it was hard to see when to turn the camera to the sides because of the FOV and sometimes i found myself turning too early and wasting multiple points to correct it which felt bad.
For a physics related game the physics are weird and the gravity seems to be changing all the time when the player is in the air, i think is because of how the camera is following the player. Also i found a bug where you grab of your own body and basically fly wherever you like, you need to be precise and its hard but possible.
The game is scaled incorrectly i think since not only the UI but the StartScreen are cut at the border.
I liked the enemies design and mechanics.
The loop theme is loosly related and i didnt quite feel that the enemies really remembered the path since some were stronger but others felt the same when doing the same path
I didn't play the game that much yet, but one thing that makes a bad first impression for me at least is the "tutorial". Since the first thing you see when starting your first new hive is literally a bunch of controls with a little long explanation for it, I feel overwhelmed with information and a step by step of who the controls work basically would be way easier to follow up. Also, the fact than when you start a new hive, all the option of how to configure it shows up even if it's the first time you play is kinda weird since you literally can't know what the options do.
