This is hidden in the game files, someone was playing around and found this out, I think it's a droped Idea or future content.

yes. When the choice comes, you can choose between sharing and not sharing. Some content will not be accessible.(for both choices)

you can't share  on romance route(as fas as I know). Also there is a walkthrough Guide if you have any problem.

Do this in the morning  : studio>corn>I wanna **** you. raw . then go to kitchen on the day she is available.(Adrian need to stay for sharing so don't give him money to leave for Japan,insted tell him to stay). This did it for me.

Now go to comic store and show that photo yo her.

Go to sauna 3 times (once every week), and that should do it.

The bimbo outfit hasn't been implimented yet(you can live stream with it though).

And you need to click on the gate that appears when you enter the shrine area to fight the sprites.
