Um the ren'py itself is pretty lightweight, something less than 500mb-1gb ram would suffice, and runs on windows 7 32-bit and above. the screen res is 720p.
Your game should launch normally like any other renpy game. It only connects after you start the game and pass the tutorial.

you gotta just go in last zone and dig three crystals at the end of the level, the dialogue was unfinished

nope, I wanted to code "animations seen" progress bar though.
but you can just look into movies folder
