I got this game running on my phone (Redmi Note 11) using an incredibly cursed app called Winlator (allows you to play x86 games on Android)
Container configs that worked for me:
Box64 Preset: Intermediate
Windows Version: 10
Graphics Driver: Turnip (Adreno) (and on the screen icon to the right, I selected version 25.1.0, 1024MB Device Memory and Enabled direct rendering)
DX Wrapper: CNC DDraw
For the controls the main thing is one button that presses left click and has the "Move Mouse when pressed", which let's you drag and release the button like a slingshot. You'll probably also want to add escape for the menu and maybe S and R for skip and restart
