Not any in particular, I just had a phase 10 years ago of downloading random Mac games which often had that kind of room-moving static background, and I'm just a sucker for 1-bit pixelarts especially of urban places :)
After probably more than 50 hours, I finally 100%-d this mod! :D This might honestly be the greatest Doom mod that I have ever played. Can't wait for DTGS3!
I finally got around to trying this one out. Great stuff! I'm not the type to fxxk around but it's a lot more fun than I expected! I even made a zine/comic so you can add it to the collection =)
Also I can confirm this works on linux using wine even though you have to wait a second for it to save the pages (and if you put the tool in the background for too long it sometimes freezes). Works better using the "virtual desktop" but you can't alttab if you click away from the editor (whoops)
Very nice game! Do the voters' opinions change over time (as if being impressed or repulsed by my changes), or the intensity of their opinions? I have a feeling that a change that I wouldn't have seen as controversial near the end of the game made people react a lot more strongly.
I also realized that due to this being gamified made me not care about matters that didn't increase the meters I would've cared about a lot in real life lol
