I had that same problem, i had to delete the app and reinstall the cap 2, and when i played again it came back to normal. Also, try to replay the cap 1 and accept be a proxie..
You have to play ep 1 and choose him as your favorite creepypasta, then you have to try to open the masky and hoodie room with the knife, you can find in jeff's room, I hope this helps:)
