Have you solved the problem with the form?

But I'm on version 0.74.002, and I don't think it's because of the old version. I deleted my previous saves before starting the game.

I'm having a problem with the hot springs. They tell me to take them and go meditate, but when I click on the "shower" button, it takes some time, and I'm transferred to the meditation room, but when I try to meditate, it says "I need to wash my face first," but I've already done that. What could be the problem, and how can I solve it?
