I noticed some bugs/inconsistencies in chapter 2: 

meeting moxie makes it impossible to obtain the flute.

starting the Eleni side quest makes it impossible to introduce Lemonne to moxie.

summoning Kamilla crashes the game. Crash report: 'Could not find file: Audio/SE/Magic2'

 if you visit the store before going to the hot springs and interact with the shelves, mochi remarks that she wants to feed moxie something nicer than chips, despite moxie not being in the party.
