It's not intentional, but I'll see if I can figure out the issue while working on it this weekend. I've got an idea of what might be wrong, though, so I should be able to fix it in 0.8.1

There's nothing specific about the order in which you do anything or any conditions, the only thing that is supposed to be required to get past is flirting with Undyne, to which she responds with ending the battle (she's into a certain reptile currently working on the core as an intern and so would never reciprocate :> )

You're supposed to be able to get past Undyne by flirting, but the option is glitched and I'm troubleshooting how to fix it at the moment.

Saving the pie for later is a good idea that I'll try to implement in the next update as well. The mistakes throughout are there because this was my first time trying to make a game and I rushed its release here faster than I should've. Thanks so much for playing!!
