So originally I had played this on the web browser and completed it fully. After some time I had downloaded it because I was finally able to get the itch app. I accidentally ended up losing my account on the web and had to play from the beginning in the download, but I'm totally chill about it. 

The main reason I'm writing this is not because I lost my OG account, but because I'm having some problems with the download version. Today I finished my second run through, and none of the videos that are supposed to play played. Like I said, I've played this before so I know what would have been shown, but it was a little disappointing not being able to see it. Afterwards I just watched it on your YT because I'm subscribed :) I've also had some problems with it being slow or buggy, but that could just be my connection. I experienced this in the web version too. 

Honestly this isn't that big of a deal to me, it would just be nice if the videos would play when they are meant to. I wasn't sure if others were also experiencing this or if it was just me. I'm a little worried this issue will continue when Season 2 comes out in 9 days, because that would be kinda annoying while playing the new season for the first time. I think I remember it saying ERROR 153. 

Either way, this game is insanely good and I'm super scarred excited for the next season!! Everything about it is so fun, and I love all the little references in it <3

I finally was able to open it!! I swear I'm about to cry. I went through so much trial and error, trying to find some way to make this work. I kinda just had to do some work with different files and manipulate them so they worked. I'm, extremely happy, because there are lots of download games I want to play, and I finally can! <3 

Thank you so much for your help and suggestions. I don't think I would have made it without them. I probably would have given up. I'm so excited to play, and I know I'll love this game <33

Ok, I'm literally so close rn. I have the file and everything, but i sorta just need an app that can support it. Im not sure if that makes much sense. There's an app called concepts that already on my chromebook, but it doesnt support/actually open the game. I just need something that will go with it. Im so close, and you have been great help, thank you 

Bro, Ive just installed crossover and a bunch of other stuff bc it said this would work, but its not. i swear im so close to giving up but i really dont want to. This is a new chromebook, i got it last summer, so I really dont know the problem. had me make a bottle and things, but i really dont think it should be this hard. i should ahve SOMETHING that supports the file.

How do I run the .exe file?

Out of the few months I've been trying to play this, this is probably my third time downloading the files

Sooo, I've been wanting to play this game for as long as I can remember, but it never works for me. I usually play all these games on my computer (which I'm doing rn) and when I download the file NOTHING happens. I can see basically all the parts of the game (like how there is 26 hair styles and 22 colours) but that's just it. Its every little file bit and photo required to make the game. No actual game. I really hope someone can help me with this, because I so badly want to play. I've heard good things, and from what I've seen (in the files) it looks like it would be really fun and right up my alley. Again, someone please help me. Thank you

Finished the game, and I'm still in love. If not more. Every single cross-reference from the past lives brought me to tears, everything was extremely beautiful. I can't really describe the feelings I felt while playing this. Everything was so well done <3

So I'm already in love with the game even though I haven't played it yet, but I'm experiencing a little issue. I heard the first song, "Red String of Fate" and also quickly fell in love. When I'm in the music gallery it will glitch on me and say some kind of error, which leads me to refreshing the  page. When I clicked on the song, it glitches, and when I click on the loop button, it glitches. I am playing on the web version, since downloading never works for me :/  Still a wonderful game, and I'm really excited to play!!
