You can talk to "God" (big silhouette outside the lobby cave), it should explain everything. Also there are flying tutorial papers all over around that should help

Either way, you can try reinstalling the game or/and deleting save files

It'd be hard to port that project to android, but future projects are likely to be supported

It’s a 3D game, so yeah — your CPU with integrated graphics might have a hard time. On mid-range GPUs like a 1060, it runs fine.
