I've since learned a bit more! The game opens well (in fact I've played it several times, usually with friends, and had a wonderful experience!), though for some reason, it usually requires me to delete all the customization settings using the game reset before i can add images again! Ultimately not a big deal! I have a workaround that is serving me, but I wonder if anyone else can replicate the issue too?
