longgamechuds be seething at the shortgameslop

(1 edit)

i am not sure how the enemies work. sometimes they just disappear? also pawns can't take forward, that's wrong

when sequel

when sequel

stopped playing entirely because once i got back to the house after shopping, i didn't read what i had to do because i got distracted, and went over every thingle object or something, checked the phone too, no clue. this is not how you do game design

da microwave doesn't work

got stuck between the fridge and the table after opening the fridge. you can't do this to me :(

the hammer do be invisible

it was nice. the only annoyance I found was that the 3rd day newspaper fell right through the order window table when i moved it after the guy brough it

i hate mazes. someone should make a poll on mazes. i think that 75% of people hates mazes too

This one is insanely difficult

"Some AMD gpus have trouble with 3d godot 4.5 projects"
yeahhh a few months ago I had to report to AMD the bug or not even doing driver version rollback helped for some reason

Anyway, good game, but instructions could have been clearer on how to send data or what to do once you have the recording

not really a bug since i simply can't see anything lmfao

the guy running gets stuck in the tree sometimes ngl

I couldn't see with the bag in hands so I just dropped it and it started rolling and it's all dark and the void ate it forever
:(

there is no way to help the guy with the cast, i tried walking 360 around his car and clicking everything, all he says is him hmmmm and she says I cAn'T jUsT lEavE i NeEd To BuY GrOcErIeS, despite the fact she literally just bought them

yeah Sam is better than Reid as a name I guess

this one kinda sucked, i didn't understand much of what was going on

lmfao

What is the Skygrave password? I tried everything thinkable and not

10/10 atmosphere and game design
monster looks 7/10

I really, really, really like it so far artistically. What also clicks with me is that the protagonist strongly reminds me of like Q from Star Trek, and gives off traditional games paraphernalia vibes, not sure why, such as french cards, chess, dices et cetera. Also if I may, I wish to ask you never quite give a translation of the text, make it all guessable, but also help one decode it by giving clues in places for us wizards.

rar? the game is a zip. also no it's clean

ngl seeing the same house prop as in trash horror collection 4 is weeeeird

Ok, so I got the The Condition.exe and not a single model loads, I can just see the blue blue sky and silly clouds, and after all the dialogues are done, it's entirely all gray. P.S. The program is called The Condition (DEBUG) while running. Perhaps that's why

hmm I could get into artificial organs research

the E button doesn't work

funkyy

you gotta long press the first mouse button man, took me a bit to figure it out too

ahahhaahah this is sooo bad

damn this is messed up

this game is rad, i like it, very nice, impressive

damn it's been 10 years. still not comparable with "mad god" though

lol i remember following a tutorial on youtube on sculpting a character using exactly the same skinless body texture

Eh, should have went for classical 2d doom style pixelated enemies with reference sprites. I guess you or someone else can draw, so it shouldn't be a problem making pixel art besides maybe programming a bit. 3d models are a heavy load for a single solo dev, unles you have too much free time. Even horror games here on itch as 3d retro games use simple simple animations. One has to understand one can only do so much alone. Ashes 2063 devs made 3d models it seems to make 2d pixelated sprites, so one could also do that.

lmfao

D and baby yoda basically

thanks man, i had issues finding skyboxes, too much hand work otherwise. gotta add something like that to my game if i ever release it. gotta love the crispy crunchy pixels

(1 edit)

hey, how do you even make a skybox pretty like that? i need some tips

ahahaahahaah you absolute maniac, i have never seen anyone putting a whole chess game as a minipuzzle anywhere. I love the full eerie and panic mode atmosphere. Hard puzzles do contribute to a nightmarish feeling. My only criticism is that maybeee you exagerated with them. Like sure, maybe you did it to keep away normies. But for example there is no way I could have solved the Knight's tour puzzle without writing a code to do so, it's way too random and excrutiatingly difficult to guess right 24 moves. The moving card one was fun. No idea how to solve the cross with bottles one, with "colours" as clue. I guess one must make every square the same colour? Also the puzzle with two squares one red, one gray confused me quite a bit. I managed to make the left square entirely red, but that's not the goal? No idea what to do there. Anyway I absolutely love and hate this game at the same time, but I am afraid I will never finish it. Too much trouble. If you had introduced some sort of growing difficulty thing to train the player a little bit, that would have been interesting
