Crap I miscounted but for me 25 is still a lot to make (at least in my opinion but even if it isn’t the creators have their lives and whatnot and they can take their time)
There are 25 characters that will be made and 2 developers who have actual lives to live, if you wanna make your own as quickly as you say you can then go ahead and do it no one’s stopping you, you can use the official assets and get working if you really want to
