kind late but is simple, the kidnapper can spawn randomly after entering a new room (the game is yyc so i can't give the exact value chance), if you let it catch you it will spawn the doupleganger, but there isn't much on the door, just an empty room and a invencible shadow monster

the model looks so cool, im going to port her to gmod [with credits ofc]
