bro really uploaded a project file

HI -hello, thank you very much,  the software used is fl studio. my friend Nostalgum did the title theme and i did the actual game music (although some music was scrapped and some tilesets too...) Yes i have watched Anohana and i did not have that in mind but you're right, it does kind of match

i used the other mode (the one where you choose where to place things) and it just let me absorb all the blocks

Make sure to add a fullscreen button :)  (the game is getting cutout and i can barely see anything LOL)

i don't know if its intentional but i figured out a way to absorb all of the slime blocks on one of the guys and it makes him huge (this also means i can drop them all down and just go up all the way LOL)

the mechanic where you have to shoot reverse is very cool, makes you unable to cheat LOL. i find that you can very easily soft lock yourself like when the ball goes to 0 speed. apart from that its pre

yeah we've had that problem in our playtesting too. for some reason, it only happened in operagx

As for the fullscreen option... idk if its against the rules to add it :shrug:

yeah, we wanted to implement a rhythm game to attack and block but we where cut short on time... please look forward to the postjam tho ;D

We really apreciate those comments, its pretty much a win for us. The flee button is actually a way to exit the game in the downloadable build. We where gonna add a full screen mode but we forgot :(


We are currently fixing bugs and actually adding a beat to the game so... please look forward for the post jam updates :D

this game is actually really fun, it implements the theme pretty well and i like the aspect of using the heartbeat as the indicator for the spikes moving. (make more levels to the extent of candy crush and i'll use this as my primary time passer)

i think its pretty good overall, i think the skills can be a little more wacko and maybe give a more solid penalty for cheating, maybe limit the amount of times you can switch it for each round. maybe keep the cheat levels and it only goes down over time.

i felt that the game was too convoluted and unclear, it wasn't explained that well in the desc... i did not understand how to connect the mushrooms and i have no idea how to place bushes


i think you need to pace it better in the game, start a little slower so people get to learn how to play it and maybe add warnings for when waves come

its a cool game on its own, but its that type of game thats better played with a group of real friends imo. by itself, i find it a little lacking in replayability but thats just me.
