The game is good, however I would suggest changing up each character's moans a bit because hearing the same moans repeatedly makes the game sound a bit stale.

I'll first consider the drawbacks of your game, friend.
1. The mechanics of the dummies force me to move backwards while moving forward and the dummies seem to be teleporting to my position quickly.
2. When the mannequins manage to grab you there are no scares this makes the game boring
3. It's a minor bug, but the phone can't be seen at the start of the game
Spend some time considering the changes I will recommend you make to the game.
1. Add a synematic where the player takes the phone from the counter
2. add a battery that can drain on the phone
3. Add a typical music that they play in clothing stores
4. You can have them call you on the phone in a part of the game and then it is cut off because there is no signal due to the rain that is falling
5. in the part where the character passes through many mannequins you can add a whispering sound effect
6. You can add a door that is closed with a key and that key is around the map so that the player has to find it while the mannequins are chasing him.
