Staves should be useable from inventory, just not a separate sub menu. 
I considered to make staves go under special actions with the rest if it made things easier, but due to elemental staves being 4 ways I can't really use the engines normal staff menu.

It's an SRPG, same genre as the FE games.

What it's about is the main character getting the power to take matters into his own hands, escalating a missmanaged and poor area that is a brewing powder keg of dissent into open conflict.

Heavy emphasis on transformation among your characters.
