Apology but I was hoping to purchase the game at 5 euros considering there is a 67% discount, but I don't understand how itch io payment works and instead paid for the pull price of 15 euros. I was hoping would it be possible to get a refund of the remaining 10 euros? It's quite understandable if you denied my request, however.

But threatening the developer is not going to make the development any faster, if anything it just shows your immaturity (Which I don't believe you are, I just think you are, again, frustrated, which is understandable). I believe you're a better man in the real world than what you're portraying yourself online. So please, try to keep your composure, not for my sake, but for yours.
And another thing, try not to fret. The next update is going to drop on late June or early of July, and good news, it's not going to be a mere "performance" update. There will be actual new content added to it. But I can't say with certainty whether it will be on itch io, or patreon only.
Invincible fandom went completely insane after only a month. It have been 3 months since the last GS update and I haven't seen any major wild insanity from this fandom. I'm disappointed guys, I really am. How am I supposed to feel like I'm in Arkham Asylum if you all acted so sane.
I was quoting a developer of the game when I said early April. I checked back and it looks like they themself don't know when is the update, and they didn't give a definitive release date.

If you want my advice, try grinding for a bit by killing the enemies, and then upgrade Chiro in the save file. If you're struggling on the platforming part, well, I suggest watching some YouTube videos for some guide.
