Glad you enjoyed! Thanks so much for playing it

ohh thanks!! Is the first time we do something in 3D, our art was usually pure 2D pixel art. However for this we felt that we needed the additional immersion layer that 3D gives and we just experimented some stuff, I have to say that the really good pixel art from our artist helped a lot!

Thanks for your message! We are very happy you enjoyed it! Some of the changes in the mechanic were very subtle, I was thinking nobody would notice how the last fish catch changes, but turns out yes haha!

Also now the itch io page looks even better with your comment!

Thanks so much for playing and for the kind words about the atmosphere! We’re thrilled the art and music hit the right notes for you.

Regarding the minigames, for the fishing you are spot on about the momentum. You aren't alone in that feeling, and we’re looking into ways to polish so it feels more responsive.

The radio was tricky to balance! We’ve made some tweaks to the visuals to help with clarity, but clearly we still have room to improve here. We don’t want the minigames to feel frustanting but just something to immerse more the player.

If you have any more recommendations, feel free to share. It means a lot to us that you enjoyed the overall experience!

The 5 seconds countdown should be the final boss of every dark souls game

The design of the creatures were top notch. I really liked the visual style although everything was too blurry or low resolution to me, would love to be able to see more in detail everything as it really looks very good. It was a very short experience but really enjoyable, I hope you guys continue working on other stuff, I see lots of potential on the style!

The concept seem interesting, it is a shame that the game is so bugged, I hope you continue to work on it, would love to play a more polished version of it in the future!

Awesome game. The UV light mechanic is pretty cool but it kinda defeats the purpose of the flashlight since I was only using the UV. It is increadible that this is your first game project, it is very well made, I can see a lot of talent on it. Hope you keep doing more games!

Really nice escape room type of game. Well polished, interesting and different puzzles and amazing visuals. I enjoyed it pretty much, nice work!

Having to use control key to slow and W at the same time can cause some issues on web games haha. Appart from that I can see the hard work on this, I am very impresed that you managed to get all of this done in just a week, even with multiple endings!

The art is very good, loved the UI and the effects/shaders and also the movement of the ship felt very well done.  I played all the endings just because I was so immersed in the story and wanted to see what was going to happen. Really good game!

I want to be in the same room as you when you started to think about this as idea just to see how it came to live lol. Fun game!

Amazing boomer shooter, reminds me a lot of the game SPRAWL which I loved. The only thing is that I would love to see the gun all the time and the double jump at times it did not work. But overall amazing work for a week I really loved the gunplay, is really well done, hope to see this game to have some more love in the future!

Thanks for your message! We truly tried to make everything that happens in the game diegetic and real so it would feel more immersive (though we had to give up on some of the tutorials, lol).

Yeah, the execution of the minigames definitely could have been better; this is common feedback we’ve received. For the scope of the game jam, we focused on telling the whole story, but it’s something we will work on!

As you said, we would love to add more time to the boat so it has more weight in the game and the ending hits harder. This is definitely something we’ll try to do in the future.

Really happy you liked it! The whole reason we create is for people to enjoy it.

Hello! Thank you for your amazing words and for spending so much time in such an elaborate message ❤️

From the gameplay perspective we agree that the fishing minigame could feel better. It was actually one of the first things we implemented and did not receive much love since then, but I think with a couple of adjustments we can make it feel better.

The awesome music was made by one of the team members, and all the music was created with the game narrative and tempo in mind so it could boost the overall experience. Thanks for appreciating it; the music in your game was superb too.

About the decay theme we tried to incoporare it in two areas (SPOILERS AHEAD). The boat which decays deeply as you progress and the whole reality which declines towards the last scene. We understand Cosmic Horror as such an horrendous  force that destroys our idea of reality.

Thanks again!

Thanks for your words! The transition was something we had in mind from the very beginning and I believe it ended up working really well.

Thanks for playing! Glad you liked it. We adjusted the volume to create a surprise effect, but maybe it’s a bit too much. We can revisit that; we definitely don’t want to hurt anyone’s ears! 😭

The intro sound was nice, I liked that aesthetically. The movement is hard, I would make the camera to follow the mouse at least. Keep working!

Really fun! It may be me that I like incremental games in general, but it was kinda tense to try to keep everything correct and had to focus on doing the right decissions,  it is very well balanced. Had lots of funs, nice work!

Nice art. I liked the sprite of the protagonist. The gameplay felt a bit repetitive as other said, also the camera being so zoomed in I was not able to see the monsters approaching and was a bit uncomfortable.  Keep the hard work on!

Thanks! I really had a lot of fun messing around with the shaders hahaha

Yeah lol same as below, I love the art but was very lost on what to do. Cool concept whatsoever

I believe if you get this idea to make a longer game, lots of streamers will play it! The controls when locked were strange, why not just let the player move freely? In the end they can look wherever they want. The voice of the monster was disgusting (in a good way lol), and I liked it visually! Nice!

The art is very VERY unsettling, it indeed reminded me a lot of Silent Hill 1. The vibes were spot on, nice work!

The perfomance was not good, in my laptop it could not run, I had to use my desktop. The visual style is good, the first scene with the sun and the church is powerful, I loved it. However I was a little lost in what I had to do, I was able to find the second painting after wandering around for a lot of time until I realized I had to go back.

This game will benefit a lot from a better design to guide the player, the theme seems really interesting! Also there is corner in the church that has no collider and you can clip through it lol

It took me a little to understand what to do but after that I was hooked in the gameplay loop, it was fun to move around,  harvest and see the story develop. The controls, specially the tool switching is a little bit uncomfortable, I was fighting it all the time, maybe that part could benefit from a redesign.

Appart from that, very fun, nice entry!

Thanks for the feedback! We’re so happy the atmosphere and music resonated with you!

We agree that the minigames could benefit from a more developed loop to build up that sense of monotony before breaking it. This was our first time experimenting with a 2D/3D style, and our pixel artist is actually a programmer turned artist, so we’re really excited to keep exploring and improving it haha, I believe we have lots of room for improvement here.

Overall, we wanted to see how we worked together as a team and it seems like we’ve made something pretty cool. Thanks again for playing, we're so glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks for your comment! Yeah, we agree a bigger build-up would have been nice, but in the end, seven days passed really quickly 😭

Veryy happy you enjoyed it!

The gameplay loop is very promising to be honest. I like the incremental/roguelike elements and is really fun to play and easy to play, it makes me want to do several runs.  The art style is very cool however it was hard to read sometimes.

But overall pretty neat, I believe it has lots of potential!

Thanks! That was our main goal when working on this, we wanted to deliver a small cosmic horror story and we tried to use all the elements video games give us to tell it. I´m very happy that the game connected with you!

The visual style is really impressive, I loved it! I hope you keep using it for future projects, it works really really well

Incredible art, loved the style. I usually don´t like card games at all but I was kind of engaged on this one

Visuals are soo trippy, love them!

Nice visuals and the game seems nice, but it got bugged in the candle quest. If you update it I will play again for sure, seems really interesting. The only other thing is that it was difficult to know which parts of the screen were the one that I needed to go to change room.

The visuals are suuper good, it reminded me of the olds CRPG games. Together with the music it actually made me nostalgic of my childhood playing Sacred with my brother haha. If anything, the appearing animation of the tiles made me a little dizzy, I think the effect would actually work better if the camera was more zoomed out.

But amazing entry nonetheless!

Cool visuals. I really liked how the lights in the dinner looked. The monster scared me but then I was frozen haha

Really cool concept and gameplay mechanic! The hand animations were spot on haha

Loved the visuals! Really fun little story, could see other stories being told the same way. Nice work!

Thanks for your words! We tried to don’t overscope (it was hard), so we could fit everything we wanted to tell and polish it on 7 days!

Thanks!! Your game was also so amazing I can see how much work it took just thinking in my past week 😭

Thanks!!! We for sure will look on launching on steam but probably keep the free tag for more people to play it!
