I can't open the latest build on MacOS Tahoe 26.4.1. I right click, select "Open" but I'm presented with the following:

"PixelOver" Not Opened
Apple could not verify “PixelOver” is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy.
Done | Move to Bin

Is there a work-around for this?

This project seems to have stalled. I paid for it over 2 years ago, and it saw very little activity last year. How do I get a partial refund for the promised work that clearly isn't going to arrive any time soon?
