I checked  the  conditions for those options completion through code of the game. One of the conditions is to complete path selection. But the code value of path selection, no matter whether you completed path selection, is always ‘false’ when  judging whether the option is completed. Therefore the option can not be displayed as completed. I don't know if this is a bug or if it is related to future updates.

I don't think these options can be done as they are related to future updates.

I created another game backup. I followed the V20 guide, and  the flash Hinata in the Laundry room objective was successfully completed.So I cannot reproduce the problem you're experiencing.

You may have overlooked the game's narration. About the Yoru’s relationship, I think you chose the red color option 'Approach her threateningly' when you talk to her,  then the relationship changed to Apprehensive, you can change it to Unwillingly Obedient by offering money, but never  Obedient. So if you wanna change it to Obedient, I think you should choose the other option. 

By the way, I follow the V20 guide, no problems in v21 game so far.

Beside, I have a good way to avoid the torture of making money through the mini game.
