I’m enjoying this game so much! I struggle to find solo rpgs that are fun for me, as most don’t have enough dice rolls to satisfy my dice gremlin needs, so discovering this gem was wonderful. There’s enough dice rolls for me to feel like I’m actually playing a game and not just doing a creative writing assignment. The pre-generated characters and extra aspects & conditions are extremely helpful for creating exciting stories. I’m excited to see where my journey will lead Zalem and his pet crow Jackal.
My only request is for a printer friendly pre-gen characters sheet and player character sheet. The last page of the pre-gen character sheet has a solid color background and the player character sheet has a lot of solid color as well. Printing them in black and white would still use up a lot of ink.
It would also be nice to have a printer friendly pdf of the main game and the expansion. I’d love to make them! I have experience making my own pdfs for game hacks I’ve put together. Please let me know if you’d be interested in that and/or if you want to see some examples of what I’ve made. If not, that’s alright! The game is still perfectly viewable on electronic devices.
Thank you so much for creating this game. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for!
Hello! I'm not sure if this was intentional and I'm just not understanding it, or if this is a mistake. In the Rest rules, it says to roll a d6 and half the result to determine the price of wares. In the Rules Reference, it says to use a d3. It's entirely possible I'm just misunderstanding something, but in case it is a mistake I wanted to let you know!
I love the prompt generator! The "alter entries" component is also super unique.
I've been looking for a prompt generator to hack together with Ironsworn, and this seems like the perfect fit. I decided to exchange regular cards for tarot cards so I can use the imagery and meanings as extra prompts. Thank you so much for creating this, it's exactly what I was looking for!
Edit: I named my hack Tarot Cardsworn :D
Thank you so much for the text version!! I love the idea of it being handwritten, especially to make the point that it was a human who made it. It looks very pretty that way. I wish handwriting were easier for me to read! But I greatly appreciate the text version of it :) I'll be back to comment when I'm finished with the game!
