Here, the NSWF games have been targeted by a group that put pressure on the two largest credit card operators in the world.
On Wednesday, almost all NSFW games were pulled from the plug. But there are reports of games that were shadowbanned before. And I suspect that was the case with me.
Weeks earlier, several NSFW games were removed from Steam, which is not my case because I am not on that platform since I did not create a Word of Mouth to be released there.
An update: shortly before being deindexed, I had removed some pictures to replace them with better ones.
As I was in the process of releasing update V007 in the coming weeks, I always leave the previous version free for everyone for a few months beforehand, so that it would be removed from users' libraries and then return when I uploaded the paid version.
That won't be the case anymore, because I don't like being in a place where I'm not welcome. There's beef between the site's creator and NSWF devs who didn't share the profits fairly. That wasn't my case, I always left something with the site that hosted me before.

It's so early to split my resources into two fronts. I have to buy more assets, but a beach "episode" or a chapter is already drafted, not a nudism beach, yet.
I had the same problem, but it was because it was triggered before that it should have, maybe has a pre-requisite, but after some events were done I could access it
