First of all the asset pack is really nice. Now for the main part can I use this lite/free asset pack for my university project or would I have to buy the complete asset pack to get the licence to do that.

Hello to Maker of this art, I wanna make a 2d game based on indian villages, I am indian myself, so I love the concept and I love your art style too. So, are there any like resources online that would help me learn this of art. Btw I am just starting out in digital art, I did art but in secondary-high school so not the best artist. But I try making sketches from time to time, and they are decent.
