Wow, good job! I never imagined someone would play the game and actually finishes it. 
Yeah the retrieving of the souls is designed so that you have to leave them there and come back for them when you have more abilities. It should be possible to reclaim all of them. But if you have any recommendation, i would love to hear it.
Regarding the wall jumps being PITA do you mean the part of the map focusing on them, or the technical part of the wall jumps? (like in the way they are clunky or irresponsive)

Jasně, ono je to tam tak trochu neohrabané, musíš dojet k nějakému scrapu (ty stěny co tam jsou) nemířit na něj myší a pak zmáčnout E, blok zmizí a když pak dojedeš před crusher tak z druhé strany crusheru vypadne scrap, který můžeš vzít

Zkusil bych ale bohužel jen pro mac
