Because of space constraints I kind of left out a lot of GM advice, hoping readers would identify the factions, NPC interests, etc “between the lines”. This is the first module like this I’ve posted so I’m learning.

For what its worth I arranged it that way so that information would be on the back when printed booklet format on a single A4 and all the “during the session” info would be folded out flat. But that’s maybe a little obscure.

I’m glad you liked the encounter table, I started with that to save space and ended up really enjoying the result.
