I very much doubt, anyone will reply to this but, here goes.
I already purchased the Gladius VR game, using my email address but, after factory resetting my Oculus Quest 2, I can't reinstall it.
Every time I try signing in, it won't work anymore and just says
"Oops! This email has already been activated"
Can you help please? because I paid $15 for this game and would like to actually use it.
