Could you make it possible to where you could have the oceans rise and lower over a certain amount of time with a randomized climate to make the water rise and lower like how during the Ice age the tides went up and down

An idea you could maybe add is a 3D globe option or the illusion of a 3D globe that you can zoom in and out of. I’m not a dev so if this is hard or impossible then I’m sorry.
