Quite fun, I just did not quite understand how to win the game.

Absolutely incredible. There is a small bug with the UI buttons, you can still move them when moving the 3d camera but that is kind of my only gripe. I made a massive snow truck kind of horse to mow down a ton of trees before I accidently pressed ctrl w and closed the browser. Very fun.

I do agree with that, I tried a few different approaches but I thought this was the smoothest way of doing it.

Not exactly the type of game I expected. The dialogue was abnormally slick but was very funny, The gameplay however was a little bit rough with all of the missing assets but the game was extremely self conscious about it so it does fit quite well.

The oil was very slick, looking around and finding every chess pieceby having funny little conversations was very fun, the checker is definetly my favorite chess piece. The opponents were kind of silly though since they sacrificed their kings quite often. But it has a lot of personality.

Pretty nice and slick, collecting weapons and more hearts before the boss was fun, I did feel like my guy was a little bit too killable because you can get hit three times in very quick succesion since there are no iframes. The personalisation is very cool though.

Really cool game! I the character was very nice and the mechanics all looked quite polished, the environment was also very beautiful. I just wish it was bit longer and it was kind of missing a real ending.

Really funny style of game, the controls were very slick. The main character also had two very cool personalities. The amount of physics objects was quite an arduous challenge for my integrated graphics, but it was at the same time really funny  together with the sound effects, thanks for making this!

I have an I7 laptop with intel integrated graphics, it's not neccesarily a problem with your game, it's just a problem with UE.

(1 edit)

Really fun puzzle game, the colours are all really great and the art style makes the whole game very readable, Only gripe which I have is that in certain levels which have a lot of buttons it can be kind of difficult to remember what button maps to which blocks so an indicator or colour-coding them would be very usefull. The ending was also very nice!

Really fun and creative game, pulling out time travel mechanics in a game jam is actual madness, extremely well done. I especially felt really cool when I skipped past the door by travelling to the future.

Absolutely one of the most polished games in the Jam so far, the mood is absolutely perfect and had me staring at the little cups and trying to follow the balls with my fingers, one thing is that the round with two balls and three cups was quite a lot easier then the rest since you can just track the cup which does not contain a ball. The gradual introduction of the items made it so they were not too overwhelming and kept the game surprising throughout all of the rounds. Ending was also amazing, I also looked to see if there was a bad ending and nearly got a heart attack lol. Insae submission!

As a fellow enjoyer of four-consonant titled games I really liked this, the movement felt really great and the enemy variety was also very good. Some sound effects and/or music would have elevated the experience even more though. I also really liked the look of the health pickups and the consumption of them.

Very nice game! The art was very charming and the shop gives some good variety, It was quite laggy for me though...

This game really makes you feel like a skeleton, I did find the controls to be very unfamiliar to me since I have never played an MMO and playing it with a drawing tablet instead of a mouse also made it a bit harder. But I actually think that makes it kind of fitting for the game's atmosphere which was great, especially the foggy areas were nice and moody. The optional spells to find were also a great touch even though my 6 11 gas station was kind of trippy.

Really nice game, the art style is great and the upgrades add a lot of strategy to it, I did feel as if the faster walking and sliding speeds were kind of redundant since you are already very fast. I managed to get a lot of strength in my best run.

Thanks to everyone who played the game and left feedback! I will try to play all of your games as well but that might take a while.

(PS small easter egg/ bug in the web version if you turn the volume of your computer up or down the player moves left (I have no idea why))

Well done, a win is a win.

Yeah, I was thinking of having a little fade to black when going into the final part but I did not quite have the time to implement that well.

I do agree that some more feedback on hitting the boss would have been nice, the boss health being a number was kind of intentional so that player wouldn't think they had already beaten the boss before the final phase.

Thanks for playing! NCS has a lot of great songs just like these.

Thanks for the kind words! I'm glad you enjoyed.

Glad you enjoyed the game, your game was also very slick with the slicing though.

Thanks for playing! I do agree that some more feedback and possibly a different, more clear, cursor would have benefitted the experience.

Yes, I was brainstorming for a little while to make the names as edgy as possible.

Yes the boss flashing a little bit or something when he gets hits would have been pretty sweet, I purposely made the bosses health a little bit vague so that player wouldn't think they already defeated the boss when they wait for the music to switch to the next part.

Glad you enjoyed!

Thanks for playing, I really enjoyed your game as well!

I do agree that a skip button for the recharging phase would have been nice. The effects were not actually chromatic abbreviation but copies of the player and boss layered behind them but they could sill be hard to look at for longer periods of time, an option to reduce them would have probably been a nice addition.

Thanks for playing, the inspiration was not quite from there but from Terraria and a certain game published by Bigmode.

Yes, I didn't want to skip through parts of the sounds but a speed up button or something would have been a good addition.

Thanks for playing, It would not have been possible if NCS didn't have all their great songs.

Very, very fun I liked all of the different characters and their little stories. I did mess up on the guy which wanted hair on the left and I was kind of confused on how to reset after that. But all in all it was super charming with a ton of style.

Extremely fun game, the music and art style both fit the game extremely well and the kids carrying the copious amounts of sweet chilli sauce brought a nice bit of risk vs reward into the game.

Damn, I am astonished with the fact that is your first game making experience, it was actually incredible. The art style was very nice, the controls very were fluid and, there I say, slick, the optional rewards are also a great device to push people to try and get better times.

As a fellow boss fight enjoyer I found this game very fun. The pixel art is gorgeous especially with the limited colour pallet and suits the game very well, the mechanics are also very unique and the freeze-frames after slashing make it really satisfying. I would however add a very small amount of I-frames after slicing because it is kind of unpredictable where you are going to end up after doing the slice.

Very fun game, the car felt nice to control and the enviroments also looked nice, I do think that some of the sound effects did not quite fitwhat was happening on screen but at the same time they were also very funny. The music also fit the game very well.

I really love the style and overall vibe of this game, it is really impressive that you managed to make this in such a small amount of time. I just wish there was a bit more restrictions to where you could shoot the souls because found there were a lot of lanes where the souls could go.

One of the best game I have played all day! I especially liked all of the different small challenges and the variety in the different types of planets, the music and general atmosphere were also excellent, I could keep exploring this little universe for way longer.

(Very nice amount of crashes)

This game has a great style, the music and the CRT aesthetic both have a great vibe to them. There was also a nice variety in enemies, however I could not figure out how to kill some of the enemies which came from the sides.
